If the Obama administration and the Dems in Congress want to soak "the rich" a bit more why is the bracket they're targeting "individuals making over $200,00 and couples making over $250,000"? It would seem a bit more consistent to make it individuals at $200k and couples at $400k, wouldn't it?
What's the deal with the marriage penalty here?
